Nose: Freshly-squeezed orange juice, oatcakes and a splash of gummy sweets. After a few minutes, savoury notes of beef crisps and cubeb pepper develop.
Palate: Caramel-drizzled roasted barley, parma-violets and soft peat. Fruity whispers of plum sauce and cooked apple.
Finish: Still packed with fizzy orange. Hickey and a touch of cinnamon.
