Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Dried barley brings vanilla and a subtly grassiness to the nose, with hints of chocolate Brazil nut and apricot give it some sugary sweetness.

Palate: Fruity esters develop on the palate alongside runny caramel and Alpine herb freshness.

Finish: A flash of lemon peel and some soft oak warmth.
