Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Cocoa and spice. Hints of coffee beans, Christmas pudding and PX sherry.

Palate: Very complex with notes of sherry, mixed peels and cooked fruit. Earthy and oily.

Finish: Long finish with dried herbs and dark chocolate.

Overall: Wonderful influence from the sherry cask.
