Nose: Apricot, prune, a touch of funky raspberry, cinnamon cookies and runny toffee.
Palate: Jammy sultanas and raisins, fresh orange, gingerbread and clove. A subtle hint of grassy malt, but the dried fruit really is the star here.
Finish: Black pepper, rum-raisin ice cream with chocolate sauce, honeydew melon and more ginger.
