Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Spiced rum sweetness arrives first, before a layer of freshly harvested barley notes appear.

Palate: Quite herbaceous on the palate, with cardamom, basil and thyme. Still had hints of fruity sweetness underneath.

Finish: Creamy lemon zest. A hint of apple crumble, too.
