Langatun 6 Year Old 2010 - Jacob's Dram

Langatun 6 Year Old 2010 Bottling Note

A Swiss single malt from the Langatun distillery, named for its founder, Jakob Baumberger. This expression was matured in casks that previously held Pinot Noir, resulting in a ruby hue and fruity flavour profile. Cheers, Jakob!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Sugary shortcrust pastry, dried fruit, ginger and cherries.

Palate: Malty as it opens, though soon enough waves of raspberry, sloe and raisin notes appear in abundance.

Finish: Vanilla pod and chocolate buttons.
