Good,
nice that it isn't caramelled
nice bottle
no stupid celeb/hype
Bad
no smoke flavour
smell / aroma = white wine smell Sauvignon Blanc like, the smell isn't horrible just not very Whisky like or impressive.
Taste = haven't tasted a whisky like this before, very tangy/fizzy on the tongue initially blocking out any taste
"no age statement" seems like this is very young and the black pepper flavouring is to block out it's actual taste which is probably quite poor.

Nose: Apples, pears and a dusting of baking spices. = none of these, just white wine
Palate: Robust vanilla, with more orchard fruit notes continuing. = the only taste is when swallowed which is like black pepper, the tangy/fizziness blocked my palate
Finish: Cracked black pepper and strawberries. = yes to the black pepper but no hint of strawberries.

There's so much better whisky for this type of money. Don't buy this as a gift for anyone.
I'll probably have to mix with some Grant's or Jameson to make it more drinkably.
Overall aftertaste is like bad kids medicine.
