Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Tropical and very fruity on the nose, with notes of guava, watermelon, coconut and green apple peels. Refreshers sweets and deep, dark malt. A touch of aniseed too, and pipe tobacco.

Palate: Dried orange peel, oak, buttery dessert wine, bitter peels, red wine vinegar, toffee apple sweetness and vanilla.

Finish: Good length, sawdust, charcoal and caramel.
