The Perspectives series will showcase and amplify the island distillery's fruity and balanced house style and it kicks off with this characterful 16-year-old single malt. With notes of soft stone fruits, floral honey, toasted nuts, and gentle waves of coastal salinity, it's an impressive start to the series. Another cool feature – the packaging for each bottle is truly unique, with no two bottles the same!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Peach and apricot, dried orange peels, a touch of sea salt, vanilla fudge, and roasted nuts.

Palate

Soft stone fruits lead the way, drizzled with floral honey. Zesty citrus peels join oaken spice, with a touch of dark chocolate in tow.

Finish

Rich layers of walnuts, toasted oak, salted caramel, and cinnamon.
