An Old Malt Cask bottling of 25 year old Jura single malt, drawn from a single refill hogshead. It was distilled in February 1991 and bottled in February 2017 with a very small outturn of 168 bottles by Hunter Laing.
Nose: Dark chocolate and crushed hazelnuts. A slight whiff of seaweed.
Palate: Crumbly pastry, dried fruit with little chunks of stem ginger, citrus peels.
Finish: Slightly salty, with a little hint of oily walnut.
