Nose: Beeswax and furniture polish. Hints of peppermint, allspice, vanilla cream and butterscotch. A touch of apple peel, guava, dried pineapple and pepper.
Palate: Peach nectar and dried apricots. Hints of gooseberries, cassia, liquorice sweets and custard. Maple spice and coffee develops.
Finish: Dark chocolate and dried berries on the finish.
Overall: Incredibly rich and juicy - this is a sublimely fruity whisky.
