Superb

The nose for me is all pear drops with the freshness of a frosty winter morn with a touch of antifreeze. Palate is rich and thick, the non chill filtering coming into effect perhaps? Salty and spicy quite unexpectedly based on the nose which suggests lightness. Long finish of dried herbs and pepper,almost heathery. Really rather good, I just wish the bottle wasn't so tall and then it would fit in the cabinet...
