A 12 year old from the Highland distillery, Loch Lomond.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

The nose is medium-bodied and quite racy. There are notes of barley sugars and toasted cereals, dried herbs and apple blossom with a touch of verbena. The palate is of medium body with a good balance. There are notes of spicy grist and black forest honey, hints of wood shavings and pine oil. There are notes of caramel and vanilla spice. The finish is quite short and subtle.
