Inchgower 20yo 1995 Bottling Note

An indie Inchgower here from Hunter Laing's First Editions range, which is meant to evoke the qualities of a rare book. This was distilled in 1995 and allowed to mature in a single Sherry butt until 2016, when it was bottled with a small outturn of 276 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Runny honey, stewed plum and peach, a light tough of gingerbread biscuits.

Palate: More ginger, now with a little cinnamon in tow. Fruity gummy sweets and a few squares of dark chocolate.

Finish: Prickly oak and juicy raisins last.
