Imperial 17 1995 Bottling Note

A very tasty, 17 year old Imperial, distilled in 1995 and bottled for Duncan Taylor's Octave range. This was finished in smaller "octave" casks, and the result is additional spice and complexity.

Nose: Vanilla and melting butter, black olives, orange blossom and lemon zest.

Palate: A sweet, lemon-driven palate with tropical fruits, porridge oats with barley malt and cinnamon.
