Distilled at the Imperial distillery in 1995, this was aged for 15 years in two hogsheads. Bottled in 2011, a release of 737 bottles.
Nose: Lots of creamy, oats, pepper and lemon. Spicy, with some watermelon and apples.
Palate: Lots of black pepper on the palate, with a surge of beeswax, spice and sweet malt. A decent amount of cantaloupe, gingernut biscuit and toffee.
Finish: Good length with notes of peppery spice, aniseed and toffee apples.
