House of Lords Bottling Note

A blended scotch whisky named for the House of Lords.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Vanilla, malt and raisins leading to gentle spice and muscavado sugar.

Palate: Sweet vanilla essence developing into dried fruit flavours of sultanas and figs.

Finish: This dram takes on grassy notes towards the end before a burst of fruit and spice closes.

Overall: A well constructed blend for those who want a taste of a peerage.

Whisky or Whiskey? interesting fact.

Whisky is the Scottish spelling, Whiskey is Irish. I would hope that this distinction would cross the Atlantic Ocean.

Running out of stock myself!

Please, overcome the shortages quickly! It's my favourite brand after hours.
I visited the (smallest) destillery of the manufacterer some years ago, and I am convinced.
