Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Rich, hugely aromatic… Notes of peppermint, heather honey, cut hay, soft smoke and vanilla. Very mature and complex…

Palate: A thick palate with almond oil, freshly mown grass, salty butter, sea air, tangy marmalade, lemon zest and potpourri. It develops with juicy notes of apricot and gentle peat.

Finish: Long bittersweet with toffee and oak.
