Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Manuka honey and toffee apples. Hints of soft smoke and Madeira cake. Orange marmalade, vanilla. A little cinnamon.

Palate: Minty palate with notes of vanilla and gingerbread. Dried apricots and guava too. A solid oak core develops.

Finish: Long, balanced finish. Plum jam and stem ginger in syrup.
