An 18 year old Highland Park single malt, independently bottled by those folks from That Boutique-y Whisky Company. The Maltstock 2012 crew are all on the label once again, as is Charlemange (and his bloomers, which are being thrown in to a tree for good luck). That balloon in the top left corner looks pretty suspicious, though...

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Soft floral vanilla, melted butter and brown sugar lead among notes of gentle smoke and sea spray.

Palate: The palate adds deeper, darker notes to those from the nose, with prickling winter spice, barbecued pineapple and oak char.

Finish: A little vanilla ice-cream lingers for a delicate, creamy finish.

Overall: A typical Highland Park treat!
