Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Wine-like and fruity, some elderberries, apricot jam, honey, caramel and toasted oats, a little digestive biscuit, apple peel and salty butter.

Palate: Fresh and fruity, fresh herbs, salt air, heather honey, toffee, malt and spice.

Finish: Fruity and thick, tangy apple peel and pepper.
