This single cask Highland Park was distilled on the 17th September 1991 and it was aged in Sherry Butt 15090 for 20 years before bottling on the 24th November 2011. A release of 769 numbered bottles.
Nose: Vanilla sweetness, honeycomb, hints of cut herbs, peat smoke and cocoa.
Palate: A little gentle peat, alongside heather honey, marmalade, lemon zest, parsley and grape.
Finish: Good malty finish, honey and cinnamon on the tail.
