Unfortunately, we can't ship Orkney 14 Year Old 2007 (cask 6) - Lady of the Glen (Hannah Whisky Merchants) to the United States at the moment, but we've got some friends who can.
A mysterious Orkney single malt Scotch whisky here, independently bottled for the Lady of the Glen range by Hannah Whisky Merchants. It was distilled in Orkney back in 2007, but no clues as to which distillery was responsible. 14 years later, including a finishing period in an Oloroso sherry cask, it was bottled up with an outturn of 348 bottles.
Nose: Toasted sugar, brown bread with butter, orange liqueur, new leather leading into subtle savoury smoke.
Palate: Rye bread with marmalade, Christmas cake, toasty vanilla pod, crushed cinnamon.
Finish: Strong espresso and dried redcurrants.
