Incredibly rare blended whisky from one of Scotland's oldest brands! This whisky is at 70 UK proof (the old method of measuring the alcoholic content of a spirit which was stopped in 1980 - 70 proof is roughly equal to 40% abv. The bottle contains 26 2/3 fluid ounces of whisky, roughly equal to 75 cl!

In Scotland my whisky was drunk neat. 70% proof. I understand that whisky exports were normally overproof as the Americans used to water it down with mixers. Here in Australia my whisky seems to have changed. Is it overproof?
