A 2005 vintage Scapa single malt, independently bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in 2017. It was aged in a single bourbon barrel before being bottled at 45% ABV for La Maison du Whisky.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Fresh orange and zesty pineapple, with a whiff of dusty oak and cut grass.

Palate: Liquorice root, walnut, vanilla, melted white chocolate and a savoury hint of basil leaf.

Finish: Medium length. Black pepper spiciness developing.
