Yep, you heard right - this is a single malt from Ballantine's! One of a series of single malts celebrating those that make up the blend, this particular one was distilled at Glentauchers and matured for 15 years. Glentauchers is said to deliver the smooth and delicate finish of Ballantine's.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Sweet citrus fruits, caramelised hazelnut, floral heather and a drizzle of honey.

Palate

Ripe raspberry and blackcurrant, with sweet caramel and barley sugar alongside orange chocolate, honey, vanilla and nutmeg.

Finish

A lingering finish, gentle notes of chocolate raisins with a pinch of spice.
