From Douglas Laing's Provenance range comes this 10 year old Glenrothes, distilled in the Summer of 2001 and aged in a refill barrel before bottling in Autumn 2011.
Nose: Vanilla, caramel lattes, coconut and heather roots. A touch of blackberry jam.
Palate: Cooked bananas, pastis, apple pie, manuka honey and oak.
Finish: Sherry and walnut liqueur.
