Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Lots of fresh barley and golden hay notes, with a touch of honey drizzled over the top as if it was a bowl of porridge.

Palate: A sweet, zesty hint of lemon appears at first, before peach flesh and nutmeg take control of the palate.

Finish: The finish shows off a good balance of white pepper and barley sweets.
