Oh, and they never expire...
Glenfiddich's Travel Retail Cask Collection range has had a rather handsome redesign! The whisky within remains spectacular - this Speyside single malt is made with casks specially selected by malt master Brian Kinsman, then married in a Solera system.
Nose: Vanilla pod, orange zest and rock cakes.
Palate: Peppery at first, before waves of warming sherry and melted butter temper the spice.
Finish: Fresh cream, brown sugar and blueberries.

Does taste watered down. But my thinks kinda mild. I prefer bourbon whiskey but this is a great scotch whiskey. Great for new comers drinking scotch

Super super

Unlike some whiskies this spirit shines through. Orange, citrus, red grape high tannic content, not too noticeable but gives spicy and slightly bitter notes. Dried fruits, plum blackberry and blueberry notes. Medium finish which reflects the nose and taste. A very good whisky indeed

The new male cleric shines through. Light gold fast run legs. Nose orange slight bitter note of red grape, dried fruits, plums blue and blackberries black currant. Taste starts sweet rapidly to sour bitter but not unpleasant. Don’t detect much American white oak presence, spices from European Oak especially French Limousine?Finish is medium length and reflects taste elements. Higher ABV would fortify the flavour profile. Typical Speyside.

Nice and smooth, very good balanve

a very simple profile, not complex at all; won't get too many flavors from this one.more on the peppery/spicy side, but finishes very quickly and smoothly. finish is very short/weak.could have been better with higher abv.

I don't know why they feel the need to water this down to 40%. At least leave it at 43% or 46%. Most scotch is much more interesting at a higher proof than 80. This just tastes watered down, it's hard to get true flavors out of it.

Was really surprised how nice this was. Like others have said it really is so smoth. Doesn't taste peaty at all

A smooth well balanced and good flavour. Usually I see it in the late £30s and I think is the stand out whisky in its range. I’m not getting much pepper at first, more a smooth relaxing dram all the way.

Love this Single Malt.Smooth and flavorful. Actually like it better than my Macallen Rare Cask ($300 for 750ml)Pick up two bottles (1 L) on cruise for $60 USD ($30 USD / Liter)Great Scotch for the price or even double the price.

I'm not really a Glenfiddich guy, but got a bottle of this while traveling and liked it a lot. Definitely more interesting than the standard 12 year old variety, and very easy to recommend. Enjoy!

Excellent whisky. Very nice fresh oak on the nose which follows through onto the palate. A definite toffee element with a lovely balance of fruit, oak and spice. Sweet arrival folllowed by the drying oak aspect which again accentuates the great balance in this whisky. Mark S.

usually dont like glenfidich but this one is good. I like also the IPA cask and the other fingerprinted one but comparing to other 50 eur whiskeys its incomparable but still its nice.

My younger brother bought it for me I couldn't believe the smoothness,I wish to have a year supply of this single malt

I chanced on this returning from holiday via Dalaman airport, Turkey. It was priced at £21 for a litre! That was too good to miss for a Glenfiddich. Little did I realise what a different whisky this form a normal Speyside. It is a truly fantastic whisky. Far, far too easy to keep drinking. If you get the chance get one. I bought this because of the silly price the next one will because I always want this in stock.

This is an amazing dram! Very fruit-forward and sugary in a most fantastic way, but still has the warm slight spiciness. It's a shame that this is only available in airports. I'd kill (figuratively speaking) to be able to have this as a consistent every-day dram.

Extremely smooth with fruity finish. Even better after adding a bit of water.

One of my favourites by far. Easy to drink anytime. Great balance and nose
