Distilled at Glendullan on the 25th March 1997 and aged for 13 years in a single hogshead before bottling by Signatory on the 4th March 2011. A release of 349 numbered bottles.
Nose: Fruity and aromatic with notes of apple blossom, apple pear, pear drops and oak.
Palate: Rich and creamy with notes of buttery toffee, fruit and toasty oak. It develops with notes of tangy apple peel and cedar.
Finish: Tangy and sweet, like sour apple sweets.
