A single cask bottling of single malt from the Glencadam distillery, bottled by the chaps from Hunter Laing for their popular Old Malt Cask range. It was distilled in November 1996 and left to age in a refill hogshead until August 2016, when it was bottled with an outturn of 145 bottles.
Ground barley, vanilla ice cream, jam doughnuts and some spicy oak.
Nutmeg, mixed red fruit, a prickle of peppercorn and fruitcake.
Cooked apple, dried oak and bourbon-y vanilla.
