An Old Particular bottling of single cask Glenburgie single malt, matured in a sherry butt for 21 years - from June 1997 to June 2018. Following maturation, the whisky was bottled by Douglas Laing, produced 607 bottles.
Brown sugar, flaky pastry filled with apricot and raspberries, some runny honey.
Orange peel and stewed berries appear first, before hints of cut grass and caoca nibs appear.
Lingering dark chocolate bitterness.
