Distilled at Glenburgie on the 6th March 1997, this was aged in two hogsheads before bottling on the 7th March 2011. A release of 835 bottles.
Nose: Barley, hay, apples, toffee, pepper and hints of petrol! Herbal and quite fruity.
Palate: Orchard fruit, malt and rhubarb crumble with custard. Just that.
Finish: Citrussy, maybe Seville orange marmalade, pepper, granary toast and hay.
