This was distilled at the Glen Moray distillery in the Spring of 2000. It was then aged for 11 years in a refill hogshead before bottling by Douglas Laing in Summer 2011.
Nose: Light and fragrant nose, with notes of fresh flowers, cinnamon and grist.
Palate: Barley malt and cough drops, stewed pears with honey and winter spice, a hint of blossom.
Finish: Burnt toast with honey on the tail.
