Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Some chocolate orange notes with butterscotch and caramel. Very slight waxyness.

Palate: Some baked fruits - apples and pears. There are honey notes too, with salted caramels and nutmeg.

Finish: A long, quite spicy finish.

Overall: Another great dram from this range, best without water.

User Reviews of the Glen Moray 24 Year Old 1986 - The Octave

Very morish!

Rich, sweet aroma, deep oak. Full bodied taste, thick, silky and rich. Very moreish! Real complex mouthful, with a lovely after-taste, warm, with definite dried fruits. Similar to Highland Park.
