Victorian Sweet Shop 1995 Bottling Note

An indie Glen Keith single malt Scotch whisky, distilled back in 1995 and left to age in a single hogshead until 2018, when it was bottled by Wemyss Malts. It was given the name Victorian Sweet Shop as a hint to its flavour profile, and bottled with an outturn of 310 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Nutty malt and ripe apple, followed by hints of caramelised dates and brown sugar.

Palate: Buttered malt loaf, lemon, continued sugary deliciousness, now with a touch of chocolate in there too.

Finish: Hearty helping of fresh malt, alongside candied peels and spearmint.
