Glen Garioch 25yo '90 Bottling Note

An Xtra Old Particular bottling of Glen Garioch single malt, drawn from a single refill hogshead which was laid down in July 1990 and cracked open in November 2015. This was independently bottled by the fine folks at Douglas Laing, producing 254 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Fruity malt with a hint of brown sugar. Mocha and a touch of forest floor earthiness.

Palate: Honey'd cereals, freshly brewed coffee, vanilla pods and a hint of smoky oak.

Finish: Rounded barley and chocolate. Another touch of smoke lasts.
