Unfortunately, we can't ship Glen Avon 8 Year Old (Gordon and MacPhail) to the United States at the moment, but we've got some friends who can.
An 8 year old Glen Avon distilled in a secret Speyside distillery. This is a balanced, sweet whisky matured in refill sherry casks.
Nose: Estery at first but develops fruit loaf and sweet sherry aromas with time.
Palate: Creamy with notes of clover honey, walnuts and pulpy fruits.
Finish: The finish is silky and smooth with a hint of mead about it.
Overall: A fruity whisky with sweet honey notes.
