It's the Flagship release from Filey Bay single malt! Distilled in sunny Yorkshire using 100% homegrown barley at Filey Bay's Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, this expression shows off oodles of bourbon-cask characteristics, with honey, vanilla, and stone fruit notes standing out on the palate.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Peach, apricot, buttered crackers and a hint of mint leaf.

Palate Chocolate chip cookies, maple syrup, barley, more peach, honeycomb and walnut.

Finish Gingerbread, orange peel, very slightly floral.

Gorgeous
Lovely fruity one this, and great to see the presentation at 46% with natural colour and non chill filtered. It’s very moreish, the fruity flavours are really nice and while the finish isn’t very long you wouldn’t necessarily expect that given the young age. It’s very decent. If you like Cotswolds and fruity scotch like Glen Moray and Glen Ord, then this is right up your street.

Will definitely buy again. The sweet flavours really come through especially in the after taste. Very easy drinking

Apricots, fruity, sweet
Sweet, slightly oily and well balanced. Apricots & peaches. Lots of barley. Orange blossom and walnuts.
