A tasty single cask Fettercairn, distilled in November of 1995 and aged in a refill hogshead before bottling by Douglas Laing in 2011. A release of 314 bottles.
Nose: Fruity with toffee apples, rum and raisin ice cream, blueberry compote, sultanas and oak.
Palate: Sweet and palate-coating with rum spices, madeira cake and hints of soft smoke. Oodles of melted chocolate and malt.
Finish: Good length, soft with berry fruits.
