An 11 year old Fettercairn, distilled in Autumn 2002, this was aged in a single refill hogshead before bottling by Douglas Laing in Winter 2011 for the Provenance range.
Nose: Barley and honey, cut hay, sultanas, oak and heather.
Palate: Citrus zest, honey and Nutella on granary toast. Lozenges and spice.
Finish: Spiced and warming.
