Fettercairn 10yo #13058 Bottling Note

This single cask Fettercairn was released by Douglas Laing as part of its Provenance series. Distilled in May 2008, the single malt was filled into a single refill hogshead for a whole decade. The cask was emptied in April 2019, and the Highlander was bottled at 46% ABV.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Chocolate cookies, fresh hay and buttered toast with apricot jam.

Palate: Milk chocolate praline, with golden syrup over pancakes and oak spice.

Finish: Earthy vanilla pod, barley sugar and chocolate-covered honeycomb.
