Fettercairn 10yo #12065 Bottling Note

A single cask bottling of Fettercairn single malt, independently bottled by the ever-wonderful Douglas Laing. This expression was distilled in June 2007 and left to age in a refill hogshead for a whole decade, before being bottled in August 2017 as part of the Clan Denny range. 403 bottles were produced.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Fresh apple, honeyed malt and oat biscuits.

Palate: Pear crumble, peach, slightly vegetal oak.

Finish: Softly herbal, with a hint of lime peel.
