Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Dried sherried fruits, plus caramelised pecans and vanilla.

Palate: Figs, dates and sultanas, rich fruit cake topped with toasted marzipan, with a pleasant oily texture.

Finish: Baked apples with cinnamon, allspice, and peppery warmth on the finish.
