Dewar's White Label Reviews

A chap will not find a better blend!!

White Label is a real great blend, morning, noon or night. It's on a par with the great Johnnie Walker Red Label.

Very solid for price point.

Easy sipper. Very nice for the price point. Especially over a little crushed ice.

Fine Scotch for all palette's. That's for sure.

This blended scotch whisky is , I believe, the ultimate blend in a bottle. No man can put this satisfying master blend down. A great price also.

Unbeatable. No more said.

Dewars white label, I believe, is with Johnnie Walker Red label, just about the best affordable blended whisky a chap can purchase. This Dram IS gold star. Satisfaction guaranteed.

Dewars White Magick

I have a massive respect for the alchemists that are into creating blends. The folks at Dewars are magicians! Dewars White Label is a fine sipping Scotch!

Cheap and good

This is very good. I like that toffee on palette and honey in finish. Recommended for those, who don't like smokiness.

Best sipper at its price point, never varies.

Here in the U.S. I can get a 1.75l handle of this for $23-$28 on sale, so it makes no sense to compare it to more expensive blends or single malts - although I do prefer it over a few notable costlier blends. It’s sippable neat or on the rocks (I prefer mine with a little ice) and for my part I never mix it. It’s the absolute best value sipper I can find in my area, and believe me I have tested that hypothesis. I love single malts and cask conditioned stuff but “Dewar’s never varies.” Just a good satisfying dram every single time and it’s so easy on the wallet for what you get.

Good for the price

Fairly new scotch drinker, and I started with single malts. Wanted something more economical and the Dewars 12 was my first foray into blends. So decided on trying the Dewars White as my first "budget" blend. Obviously doesn't come anywhere near the Islay single malts I have gravitated to, but has enough similarities to the Dewars 12 and is decent enough to have as a budget daily sipper. And my wife would certainly prefer me to go through $25 bottles of Dewars instead of $115 bottles of Arbeg 10. Still plan to try some other budget blends, but have been relatively pleased with the Dewars. The 4 stars is for the good value.
