A 27 year old Dailuaine distilled in February of 1983. It was aged in a refill hogshead before bottling in February 2010 for the Old Malt Cask range. A release of 274 bottles.
Nose: Soft wood smoke and butterscotch, pear juice, cinnamon, honey and golden syrup.
Palate: Crème caramel and grapefruit, hints of toffee apples and barley sugar.
Finish: Honey, nutmeg and spices.
