Dailuaine 15yo TBWC Bottling Note

This is the second batch of independently bottled Dailuaine single malt from That Boutique-y Whisky Company, and their first Dailuaine to feature an age statement! The label features a pair of rather expressive sulphur molecules (Sulphur Dioxide and Hydrogen Sulphide), one of which seems to be good, while the other looks pretty evil to us...

Batch 2 is a release of 950 bottles.

‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Roasted peanuts, burnt sugar, cut grass.

Palate: White pepper, meaty malt, a touch of honey.

Finish: Raw cinnamon and damson.
