This 2009 vintage Dailuaine joins the Un-Chillfiltered Collection from Signatory Vintage. Matured for 12 years in a trio of hogsheads, this Speyside single malt Scotch whisky was bottled in 2022, without added colour or chill filtration.
Nose: Rich fruit and honey, with beeswax polish, and some toasted almonds.
Palate: Vanilla sponge cake, with more nutty character, and a drizzle of salted caramel.
Finish: Warm spices, with a touch of earthy herbs.
