Clynelish 19 Year Old 1997 (cask 7101) - Kingsbury

Clynelish 19yo #7101 Bottling Note

19 year old single malt from the much-adored Clynelish distillery, bottled by Kingsbury. This was distilled in 1997 and matured in a single hogshead for just shy of two decades before being bottled at cask strength. A release of only 210 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Salted nuts, buttered scones and a hint of gingerbread.

Palate: Malty at first, though soon becomes fresh and fruit with damson and apple. A hint of salinity carries over to the palate from the nose.

Finish: Cooking spices and black tea.
