Clynelish 1988 Dimensions

This was distilled in October 1988 at the Clynelish, it was aged for 23 years in cask 4546 before bottling by Duncan Taylor for their Dimensions range in March of 2012. A release of 273 numbered bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Coastal and oily, hints of dry wood smoke, iodine and tar, highlighted with caramel and barley sweets and pepped up with cinnamon spice.

Palate Waxy and grassy with notes of salty butter, crème caramel and barley sugar, hints of apple juice and zest.

Finish Long and zesty, beeswax, sherry, apple peel and malt.
